tough question, worst line in a movie big arnies are all gems. "i kill all de men and lissen do da lamentations ov de vimmin" i think thats correct from conan the barbarian. or "you forgot something" when he throws down michael ironsides arms from the elevator in total recall. but the best by far is from commando when his daughter gets kidnapped i think he says i come here for a quiet life before running to his shed opening a secret door to find a fully stocked arsenal of weapons

No it has to be that kid in Revenge of the Sith when Anakin goes to the temple to kill the padawans. I can't remember what he says but it's the worse performance in a movie EVER!!
