I can't bomb all the time due to the fact I have small kids. My landlord says there is not much they can do because he owns his trailer and just pays for lot. I'm trying to save up so we can move.

I'm not really sure except to just try to keep bombing on a regular basis. Get an exterminator too. You need to spray some kind of repellent on the OUTSIDE of your trailer and around as much as your property as you can.

Did you try to speak to your Landlord about this? Maybe he will give your neighbor's some sort of ultimatum. If your landlord refuses to do anything, tell him that you will hold your rent in escrow until the problem is solved. Threaten to take the neighbors to court if you have to. Please call the landlord and explain your problem, they might just evict the neighbor.

ALSO. Please call the Health Department and report your neighbor. They will be forced to clean up their place or they may be evicted. Ask the Health Dept. about it. See what they say that you can do.

You have the right to live in a roach free environment.

I had this problem, when I bought this trailer; they travel, so they could be coming from your neighbors, or they just hide in the nooks & crannies until the bomb spray goes away. I tried it all, too, & someone swore by the trays that the $-Store sells; I sure didn't think that they would work, but they have, & I keep them down, constantly; they're good for 3 or 4 months, comes quite a few in a pkg, & I believe it sells for just $3.50 here. Read the label, so you get the right one. Believe me, I didn't have any confidence in this, when I heard about it, either, but they DO work. Just change them out, when it says to, & keep some down, all the time. They're also guarranteed to work, too.

Roach Cookies

16 oz. boric acid
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
Mix the ingredients with milk until thick enough to shape into small cookies.
Place on tin foil. (Keep Away from animals & small children)

Place by trash can, under sinks, and near toilets/tubs. any place that has a water sorce.

The roaches will eat it and die :)
When it starts to get dry add a few sprinkles of water to rehydrate. This is also good for ants.

Purchase "Combat Roach Bait Injection System" or "Max Force Injection System". Inject a small amount of bait under cabinet draws, behind door hinges, under the end of the counter top and back splash and behind appliances. The gel will kill the roaches and the eggs they carry. You can purchase the product at any hardware store or home center.

Try getting boric acid...it's white powder and can be sprinkled in places your kids don't go. Behind the stove, frig, in corners, on shelves, under your trailer, in sink cabinets, furnace area...you get the picture.... You can even sprinkle it on your rug then broom it in. It's not painfully dangerous, but away from the play room would be good.

You can buy it in your hardware store or home depot kind of store. The roaches get the boric acid on their little feet when they walk, don't like it, lick it off and croak. Good Luck
