The engines on the 2003 and the 2007 Accord 4 cylinder vehicles are identical. Both are I-VTEC 2,354 cc engines with a 9.7:1 compression ratio. The 6 cylinder engines are identcal as well.

the differences in the models are minor tweaking of emissions systems to deal with the changing standards such as evaporative emissions but for all intents and purposes what mechanical parts fit on a 2003 should fit on the 2007
