I'm assuming Jebb is a last name? I wouldn't use Ruby for a child, the name is too common for me, but I did name one of my cats Ruby (because I do love the name), and her middle name is actually Mae...
The whole thing together though, Ruby Mae Jebb, is just a little too much.... I'll be PC and call it a little too "country" for my taste....

Drop the "Mae" middle name. Jebb sounds like a verb, and Ruby Mae Jebb sounds like Ruby is about to Jebb someone/something.

That is a difficult last name. I would go for a longer first name, to not sound so hickish. I.E. Alexandria Mae Jebb!

That name is toooooo old for a child these days. When I hear the name Ruby Mae, I think about a senior citizen. Sorry :)
