scene was that an older woman was protecting a younger woman from some guy and said "just because she looks like a woman, that doesn't mean she's ready to do what a woman does!"

I know I heard it from a movie or a show, I can't remember from where though

The movie Hard Candy?

Jeff Kohlver: You were coming on to me!
Hayley Stark: Oh, come on. That's what they always say, Jeff.
Jeff Kohlver: Who?
Hayley Stark: Who? The pedophiles! 'Oh, she was so sexy. She was asking for it.' 'She was only technically a girl, she acted like a woman.' It's just so easy to blame a kid, isn't it! Just because a girl knows how to imitate a woman, does NOT mean she's ready to do what a woman does.

I'm going to kick myself .. I can't remember.. I know I have watched it.. I am almost positive it's one I own.. (that doesn't narrow it down, I have over 1000 movies).. I keep wanting to say Georgia Rule, but that's not it.. grr..

Yeah, I do believe the answer above me is correct.. (and it IS one that I own.. go figure)
