Yes....i think all the ghosts we have are just the regrets that we cant let go...and not being able to let go is my own fault so....yes i can say that i have created a few of those for myself...

Yes as i was a child...there where ghosts everywhere...
lot of cultures have them ...think the ghost expresses unconsciously contents coming up a bit...to work out...getting rid of contents we don t understand,...like the myths, like gods ,devils...sometimes they expressing interesting , archetypal symbols...like fire...dragons.etc. (Compare with C.G. Jung)
