WHAT IS IT?
Urinary incontinence is the unintentional release of urine during normal everyday activities.
If you have stress urinary incontinence (S.U.I) you may lose urine when you
"Laugh, sneeze, cough
"Exercise, jump, run, do sports of any type
"Lift or push anything heavy
"Get up from a seated or lying position

There are doctors out there that treat this and it is said to be a quick procedure. If you are in or near Chicago, you can visit Doctor Feinstein - website below.

Here's a way to work out those muscles several times a day...when you pee, stop the flow...start peeing again, and use your muscles to interrupt the flow again. It will be hard at first, but with as with any muscle, the more you do it, the easier it will become, and that should solve your problem.
Or you could always wear those Poise pads..but yuck.

you need to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. Do kegal exercises.
Those are the exercises where you squeeze Your vagina muscles ( If you are having sex...you can try it out...your husband will feel you squeezing if you are doing it right.)

squeeze- hold for 5 seconds- release....what's great is you can do these anywhere and no one will notice. So it should be easy to do them throughout the day...you'll begin to notice the difference in a few weeks
