Well let me tell you its always fun to have a few years with just the two of you a baby thrown in the mix will stop the sudden idea to go tot he movies or dancing or whatever you choose for fun so unless you are both ready for a baby or use some other kind of birth control I would say yes use one
Another thought have you talked to your wife about this?

Why would you wear a condom? It's your wife. now if you or she aren't disease free, then yes, I would recommend wearing one. What about kids? Any other form of birth control being used? If you know her cycle, then you can time things to a time frame that she isn't fertile. a woman is only fertile at certain time in her monthly cycle, any other time then this pregnancy will not happen.

You don't have to. But, if you aren't wanting a baby, you may want to . Unless she's on birth control. Nothing is ever 100% effective though so this will be both of your call here.

I think you should check with your dr and her ob before you do anything. Im not sure if acutane is released through body fluids, but with its harmful side effects to a fetus why take the chance. Hold off and call your Dr and hers Monday morning.

If you both don't want a baby just yet,the answer is YES,you wear a condom.
And I do mean BOTH of you when deciding about babies,not just you.

depends if you both want to have a baby or not but why not...cus your married i don't see anything wrong with not using precautions, cus you love each other right and if you've married each other you love one another so go and make kids lol :D
