Depends... if I'm eating Stouffers M&C - I use a spoon so I can get all the ooey gooey goodness from the corners of the microwave container... if I've made Kraft - then a fork will usually do until I'm up to cleaning out the pot I made it in, then I just use my fingers!!

Re: the mac and cheese: if this is a facet dish with dinner, I consume it with the comparable fork i'm ingesting each and every thing else with. yet whilst i'm making a meal out of a field of the stuff, ingesting it from a huge bowl (no longer that I do this), then this is a spoon. sounds like this is time for BF to benefit to prepare dinner for himself, or discover ways to consume what you're preparing for each guy or woman else.
