Well I'm on Level 3 & I still feel like a "newbie" after only what? almost 3 weeks..Yes I would like to know as well!

You stop being a newbie when you have reached level 3, by then you have been yahooed.

I'd say at least level one, that's about how long it took me to realize I was addicted to P&S and that P&S is the best catergory on YA!

Ummm... I think it should be what level you are at.. it takes a long time and alot of answering and asking to get through the levels

Once your level 3 or up, i think then your not considered a newbie.
Or a couple months, either works I'd assume.
