Should ragging be allowed??
Question Details: its a debate topic......i need both the pros and cons....plzzzz do help....

Ragging as a harmless teasing, or leg pulling, or even practical joking for juniors to get to know seniors may be harmless.
It rarely stops at that. It has become virulent. An elaborate mental and physical torture, sometimes demeaning. In India has led to many juniors getting scarred for life quitting a promising academic career. Many ended in suicide.
In my opinion must be condemned and outright banned. Perpetrators (howsoever influential) must be evicted and debarred from further studies for at least five years.

I could probably give you the answer if I knew what ragging was....or is it something that everyone knows but me?

It would help if I knew what ragging was.
In my day it meant having your period.
