My oldest knows he gets sold to the Gypsy's on his 10th birthday - He is kind of excited about it. Trading him for a mule and bag of magic beans.

This is a disgusting question from the prospective of a child that depends on a parent's logic and love. Nothing in the world could ever separate me from any of my children; I would have given my life for their safety and security.
On the other hand, if you are taking about an adult child that is unhappy living at home (unappreciative), but will not move out, then $1.25 sounds reasonable to get that child out of your home.

The judge charges me $311 a week. That comes to $16,172 a year. And $291,096 in 18 years. It will be longer than 18 years if he stays in school.

Does anyone think that my ex is contributing $16,172 every year? I know the answer.

I couldn't sell my child, he drives me nuts sometimes, but that's what music is for, but he's still pulling at my last thread, I smoke a cigarette, it's unhealthy, but it's better than going absolutely insane. I love him though, he keeps me on my toes, and somedays, that's a good thing...He's also quite humorous...

Nothing in the world could get me to sell him. I'd definitely loan him out for a day or two though. :-) I've come to close to the idea that I might lose him, so I'm pretty attached.

Not for all the tea in china. But there are days when I would string him up and pelt the daylights out of him with rotten tomatoes. Love him, but he's exasperating.
