However, this person shall never go to trial or jail

The person whose life has been taken committed suicide. Even with all of our technologies we still can't chase people into the afterlife!! Not sure what the jail sentence for suicide would be if we could though?

Suicide is not a crime, but negligence is, so if say a bus driver negligently drove under a low bridge in a double decker bus, causing the death to a passenger and to himself...... this could possibly cover the above scenario.

Hi, baciscally in today world...justice does prevail...look at Jessica Lall cases 93 bomb blast.
though these cases have taken yearssss...
the person shld be strongly mentally to it up with the police and question y no action has been taken....media does support!! whether is food or crime (they need to be in biz rite)...channel famous ho raha hai.

The life that was taken was during an abortion. This is not a crime in the U.S.

A woman had an abortion. Yet because abortion is legal in this country, she will never be charged with murder, and will thus never go to trial or to jail.
