This can be the way it is. But it is not necessarily the only way it can happen. Sometimes due to certain influences and circumstances, ones true nature emerges all at once, and then the subject spends lifetimes attempting to understand what happened.

Hi Rena:

I would think in the other way or in the otherside of the coin. Our true nature, i see it as a natural course of a person and most likely emerge in his early stage of life. You cannot hide one's feeling if you are indeed born with it. The natural being in you will definitely be transparent whatever you do, That's what nature brings out on us. Indeed as human adults we may tend to hide the true nature in us but that could not be a reason at all for the naturalness of a human being will surely emerge.

Thanks for asking. Have a great day!

In some sense, we are like Icebergs, as you say- but that notion is mainly dependent on another's perceptive abilities and really has nothing to do w/ who and what we are.

Also, it all depends on your choice....whether or not you hide your Self from yourself or not. You are what you are what you are. Always have been, and always will be. Yes, change will occur as always....but you will always be, at any given moment, exactly what you are.

As for emerging energy patterns....sure, the patterns change and grow...become more intricate and beautiful....but all of this is secondary to the actual Energy in motion that never stops. Life, and living, are pure divinity. Emerge slowly, or emerge Now....none of it truly makes a difference, because the only one you can hide from is yourself, and that is purely and simply so that you can have the joy of rediscovering your magnificence....and all that jazz;)

I believe that our true nature, is hidden and it only emerges when we mature, in our lifetime. When I was young, I used to be scared of my own shadow, until I got married and had Kids, did my true nature emerged, when I had to fight for my Kids Rights, as they were growing up.

i think impestous youth can have a duluding effect and yes it is only with maturity on all levels as we grow and develop does our true nature become revealed to us. As for the energy patterns of our devine nature, we may have an understanding through our spirit as it develops but ultimate trancendance brings forth our ultimate devine nature. Thats what`s awaqits us at the end of our journey. Isn`t it great?

I do believe that we start with a Divine nature but I think it emerges as we build upon it, as we add layers to strength it, those layers being the experiences that we go through in life, good or bad!! I know that with my life that all that I have gone through as played a part in who I am in mind and soul!!

No, each child is born and grows in innocence and only begins to lose it through worldly influences which corrupt their true nature. Progressive journeys become increasingly more difficult as we continue in order to fine tune our God/Goddess nature.
