To sahurajesh29's answer I wonder how did his father had PCOD ?
As far as I know only females can get PCOD(Poly Cystic Ovarian Disaese) or I might be wrong. I wonder how do people come up with such answers. My apologies for being so ignorant, sahurajesh29 pray enlighten us about it.

Homeopathic medicine has been shown to be ineffective over and over. The higher quality the study, the more likely the results will show that it is nothing more than a placebo effect.
The science behind it has been shown to be false conclusively since the discovery of atoms in science.
The Homeopathic community has since adopted common techniques used in fields of pseudoscience: misapplication of real science, rejection of scientific standards, claims of suppression, large gaps between the conclusion and evidence, and focusing on the fringes while ignore settled issues in science.
Look elsewhere for help on this issue. Homeopathy won't help you beyond the forer effect, the placebo effect, and the return to medium bias. Good luck.

Sorry no idea about homeopathic treatment for PCOS.
Just for the information sake, PCOD is a word not used anymore by the latest researchers and up-to-date doctors, with more advanced research on it has made it named as PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome). It is not a disease, infact it is a syndrome particularly because of the wide range of symptoms, it does not just represt one disease but several disease processes. It is a condition which is long ignored by people, the only focus just remained on infertility and there are many myths connected with PCOS like if you get pregnant your PCOS will cure...... But the truth is it cant be cured, but yes its symptoms can be treated, and the doctors have now started becoming more aware of this.
Still I have seen many doctors who don't understand pcos in all its aspects so its very important for us who have pcos to be aware the latest developments coming up on pcos.
I am from India. I have PCOS and I can tell you my views about it.
Firstly the best doctor you must refer to for PCOS is 'Fertility Specialist' or a 'Reproductive Endocrinologist'. These are the best medical professionals to deal with pcos in terms of health and changing to a healthier life style..
As you have pcos, it is best to keep yourself up to date and ready with necassary knowledge about this syndrome. As it not only affects fertility but also your entire health............Keeping yourself aware will also make you positive and you can even reason why a particular doc put you on some particular treatment. 'cuz believe me its not easy to find docs who actually understand pcos in all its aspects..............
You may be a bit concerned about infertility too..
But you really don't need to worry. Many many women with pcos have kids. Actaully it all depends on person to person. Some women can get pregnant naturally(that will probably be by chance but many do get preggers this way too). Whereas some women would need infertility treatments or fertility drugs like clomid under the supervision of usually a 'Fertility Specialist' or a 'Reproductive Endocrinologist'.
You may be concerned about other health problems too but you know once you have control over your lifestyle, things will be fine and almost normal. You should try implementing healthy habits (regarding food n exercise) in your daily shedule and believe me it Only does good to all people who try it.
My only aim was to share my view with you though I really I din't offend you or something, PCOS is India is still to gain awareness like it has in other developed countries.. And I guess we who have pcos can form a network or something
wherein we can share our personal experiences about the various things we have to face while going thru this journey.
You can mail me any time, click on my name "Quetzal" that'll take you to my profile and then click "Email Quetzal".
Are you from India? I am from New Delhi, India.
Good luck.
