If they are keying your car, why keep em? It's good that you're not expecting to much, because frankly, I don't think you'll be getting much. If you're employees are doing things like that... I doubt they're going to give you respect.

Today is boss day? I gotta go make plans. Give them a raise and they will leave your car alone. Do it today and they may be nice to you like a real crew should...Now I gotta go, I think I will authorize the crew to buy me chocolate.
