If they have access to a computer, why not just go to www.foxsports.com, or watch the NEWS, ESPN, or any of the other numerous venues available in order to secure their teams results for a specific game?

Or even better try actually watching the game. I have a friend who claims to be a huge Tennessee Vol and Dallas Cowboys fan and yet he admitted he hasn't seen a single game this year because he gets bored watching sports on television. I hate to tell him but he is not a fan then.

because they are looking for some kind of interaction with a person. and they are too damn lazy to turn on Sportscenter. Last time I checked the same sportscenter came on like 5 times in the morning. and ESPN kept a scoreboard for every major sporting event in the country.

Sometimes they are reffering to a score that doesn't accurately represent the actual play of the game. Officials making bad calls have ruined many games.
