A flywheel and a fuel line will not cause the Check Engine Light to trip. Also, just because the light is on now doesn't mean it is for the same reason. There are only about a thousand different faults that will cause the MIL to illuminate.

Can't see how flywheel or fuel line can possibly cause emissions fault of which Check Engine Light is an indication. My guess is that - providing the light was on before - the dealer just cleared the code but check the repair order, and see what else - if anything - was done to the emissions system.

It could be a completely different problem. Have any parts store scan the obd to see what code it's throwing . If the dealership hadn't fixed the original problem the check engine light would have came on sooner than 2 months.

There are literally a hundred reasons why the check engine light could come on.
I would be inclined to believe that it is a different problem, because it waited 2 months to come back on. If they did something wrong, or didn't fix your original problem, the light would have come back on much quicker.
However, most shops would feel that they have an obligation to check, to at least make sure that it is not the same problem.
I would go back to them, without sounding like you are accusing them of anything wrong, and ask them to check to see if it is the same problem or a different problem.

Try contacting the dealership to find out what the problem is. Usually they will have a warranty on their labor and parts. I know that my warranty for labor and parts is 12 months/ 12,000 miles. Now this is my dealerships warranty and not the manufacturers.

Take your receipt and your car back to the dealership and talk to them. You have a warranty on parts and labor.

check engine light doesn't "get fixed".. they repair what is causing lite to go on,,, it may be a different problem...get free scan at advance/autozone/o'reilly before going near dealer to prevent rip offs.
