At least four times a day...
Once in the morning when I look in the mirror - just gotta laugh when there's nothing else that will help
Once at work for being an idiot who wont take a break because I'm afraid of the boss and dont dare say anything to anyone about it because I need my job
Once when I get home and see the condition of my house after being left to my husband and youngest son most of the day - either that or crying and laughing gets me less stressed as I start cooking and cleaning
Once before going to bed just because I made it though another day and I know tomorrow wont be any different unless I quit laughing at myself and try to make some changes!
(Then I chuckle again at how ridiculous an idea change is and pass out from exhaustion)

I laugh at myself all the time in fact, daily. Sad thing is I laugh at myself and nobody laughs with me.

Everyday. I crack myself up. Not in an I'm-so-clever way. Just a fool. Often I'm alone and I must look odd.

i don't get defensive, but i definately would be the first to laugh at myself. nobody is truely happy unless they can laugh at themselves. the only thing is that i don't do many things that i could laugh at myself about, except telling funny things sometimes i crack myself up.......

Every day. I am so goofy, but that's just fine with me. I have other good qualities, so I just sit back and enjoy my goofieness and laugh at me.
