not if there is true justice after death. otherwise aslong as you can get away with it and it makes you feel good, for instance rape or stealing belongings etc. etc., then yes.

I believe in ultimate perfect justice after death given by the perfect being who is God.

'Evil' (something that causes harm or an adverse effect on yourself or another) works like credit. Sometimes people need to do something they don't want to to keep something more evil from happening, even if it is not the ideal situation. Some people charge up their evil card with no intention of paying back. Someone will collect eventually. Our livelihood is the collateral. It's all in the intention.

Anything evil is not good. I think there is a better choice to pay off without being evil. Why not take this option instead?

Not in the long run, it doesn't. Maybe there are temporary benefits that come from being evil. However, those who play have to eventually pay. As the old mechanic on TV used to say, "You can pay me now or you can pay me later." One old Greek way of thinking found in Socrates and Democritus is that it's better to suffer an injustice than to commit one.

Depends on your perception of evil. What may be evil to one person may not be evil to another. As a society we must define what is evil to maintain order. This does not mean that an action or whatever is evil, only defined that way. Evil is more often used to repress.

Sure it pays to be evil, but it is one of those quick fixes. You know the kind that treat the symptom not the cause. Often they seam to be more trouble then their worth in the end.

in this days and age it pays off to be evil, just as long as it is legal
this is sad, but true
there are lots of corporations which are evil, lots of high profile managers who are evil (not with their families and acquaintances, but with their impersonal decisions during their working hours)
they treat ppl badly (example children labor), but they have only rewards

I'd say "yes". The malicious, dishonest, machiavellian schemers have all resources, all the wealth, and all the power. Having integrity and ethics necessarily dooms you to a life on the margins, scrambling from crap job to crap job to postpone disagreeable starvation.
