Unfortunately, this is too easily done on an electronic copy. Please don't use this to steal somebody's work -- that's theft. Also note that removing security classifications from classified documents may be a Federal offense.

1. Click the Format->Background->Printed Watermark menu item.
2. Click the No Watermark radio button.
3. Click OK.

That should do it.

Check with the person who put it there and ask for a copy that doesn't have the mark. The mark was put there for a reason and is designed to not be removed.
