Cannot be done in English. Y is a dual-purpose letter, used in the words most of these smartniks have given, it is a vowel. Everyone who listed "syzygy" got their answer off Wikipedia. "Cwm" is a Welsh word meaning, roughly, valley or mountain cove. "Srrk" is the only other word I can personally think of without resorting to the Stupidpedia, it's a Hebrew word that means either "vessel" as in wine jug, or "vagina", depending on the context. (The Song of Solomon is some pretty hot stuff, who says the Bible isn't interesting)

I don't think there are any that are not acronyms or initialisms. Text abbreviations are not words...yet. Y is a "sometimes vowel," as in the words my, try, may, or jelly. Y is a consonant is words like yellow, yam, year, and you. Some schools also teach w as a "sometimes vowel" when used with another vowel to produce a new sound such as new or cow.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr and psst are the only ones I can think of right now.

I was taught that the vowels are a, e, i, o, u, and sometimes y.

But if you are not counting the y in the vowels then there are more I can give you.

I can't think of any and all the words here have y as a vowel.

its impossible, because every word has a vowel, and thats where the "sometimes y" thing comes in. if it doesnt have a vowel, then the "y" is the vowel

hymn or myth but i don't think they really count because vowels are A,E,I,O,U and sometimes Y in in this case Y is acting as the vowel. So i guess you could spell out sounds like "psst", or "shhhh" or abbreviations like "Ms.", "Mr.", "Mrs." or "T.V."
