You're absolutely right. But people who would vote for Giuliani don't care about the facts. They just want him because he is a popular media darling. I think he would make a horrible president.

I have no idea, but he not only failed the NYFD and NYPD but also New York in general. He SPUN 9/11 to his own benefit and for that alone should not be allowed the run.
He is as big a war profitier as George Bush or Dick Cheney.

Giuliani made ny secure? tell that to the firemen who died on 9/11 because he did not get them the kit they mandatory. tell that to the unarmed black adult adult males who were given shot by technique of the racists in his police branch. And tell that to his 2d spouse, who were given ambushed with a divorce statement for the time of a press convention. hard dude? Adolph Giuliani hasn't ever been examined. except at the same time as he took on John Gotti, and lost 3 situations, and his successor as U.S. lawyer were given him the subsequent time. who is going to save united states secure from Giuliani? Hillary Clinton, the subsequent President of the US. till the "morality" lunatics in Iowa and South Carolina knock Rudy out of the primaries first.

I haven't thought he would make a great president. So, he was what the mayor when 9/11 happened, there is SO much more to the presidency then his experience with that.
I am for somebody who has interest in standing for what the Constitution says, and so far Ron Paul seems to be about the only one who does from what I have seen so far. I would like to see him do well.

Would you vote for a pro-abortion, pro-homosexual marriage Republican candidate for president?
Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani is the only Republican candidate for president who supports abortion and homosexual marriage. Will Republican voters vote for a candidate for president who supports abortion and homosexual marriage?
Rudy Giuliani Constitutionally Ineligible To Be President
The writers included in the Constitution a clause that would ensure that anyone holding a public trust, or title, for a foreign country could not gain public office and subvert our Government.
The writers of the U.S. Constitution were very smart individuals. They have secured our freedom from the tyranny of foreign rulers so that we can live in individual liberty.
One aspect our Countries Founders touched on, regarding foreign rulers, was to protect us from those who may infiltrate our government from foreign saboteurs. Someone who held allegiance not to America, but to a foreign power that would subvert our form of government and lead us into tyranny.
The Constitution states:
“No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States: and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state.” – Article 1, Section 9
Rudy Giuliani is running for the highest office in the land and he has been knighted by the Queen of England. This knighthood, called “Knight Commander of the British Empire”, was bestowed on Rudy Giuliani on February 13, 2002.
The Constitution is very clear that “no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall….. accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state.”
Some may write this off as frivolous, but remember. We are talking about an issue that is plainly written within the Constitution that must be upheld as diligently as if it were the 1st Amendment or any other Amendment we hold so dear. To ignore this is surely the same as to ignore any other part of the Constitution.
Rudy Giuliani MUST either repudiate his title from England or remove himself from running for President of the United States. To go any further in the election process would be to subvert the very Constitution he would swear by oath to protect.
