please give me two similarities and two differences of the internal structures of frog and humans. thanks

Similarities
Presence of:
Sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system
Urinary bladder

Dissimilarities
Common hepatic and pancreatic duct in frog but separated in man.
Elongated kidney against bean shaped kidney in man
Absence of diaphragm in frog, present in man

Are you talking skeletal or internal as far as organs are concerned? Skeletally they have a urostyle, we don't - they also sometimes have volmer teeth and their jaw bones are different than ours. They do not have inner ear bones outside of a stapes in some species, and their leg bones are named differently.
The only organ one I can think of off the top of my head without googling it further would be obviously that we have a 4 chambered heart and frogs do not.

Similarities are easy.. just look at the internal organs.. stomach, yes, lungs, yes, etc.

Similarities are that humans and frogs have;
a) has double circulatory system
b) fast blood flow in vessels
c) high blood pressure in vessels
d) have lungs

Differences are;
a) Humans has complete double circulatory system while frogs has incomplete double circulatory system
b) Humans has 4 chambered hearts while frogs got 3 chambered heart.
c) have mucous skin (frogs) while humans don't
