what about getting a peice of foam or styrofoam, making some holes (swiss cheese) in it and painting it yellow??

they sell blocks of foam at the craft store. cut it in the shape that you want and poke holes in it. spray paint it yellow and there you have it!

order a wisconsin cheesehead, or cut one from a sponge
