The purpose of the "bcc" is to be able to send an e-mail so that no one else can see that they received it. If there was a way to see who was on the "bcc" it would defeat the whole purpose of having it.

There is no simple way that you can see who was "bcc"ed on an e-mail. However, a network administrator could check the logs and recover that information. But unless you are the network adminsitrator for your e-mail (and you are not) it would require a court order for them to give you that information.

You can't. That is the purpose of using BCC (Blind Carbon Copy). It hides and protects the addresses entered in that field. Only the message author can see the complete BCC list.
