Your leg muscles need to be strengthened. Either that, or you have some kind of medical condition, maybe rickets? Are they shaking or twitching? When you are walking, or sitting down? How long has this been going on? Try exercising your legs more. Are they sort of "lumpy" and "bulgy" with muscle, or are they straight up and down, the same diameter all over like sticks? If they are stick-like you definitely need to build muscle.

Get a thyroid check for your self ! Do you smoke or have tea / coffee frequently during the day? It can also be a restless legs syndrome. Do not worry much ! See a doctor. My suggestion? Get yourself diagnosed first and after that consult an experienced , good homeopathic doctor !

Go and see your GP. There are millions of causes, only one of which is Variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease. Only your GP will exclude such diagnoses by careful questioning, examination and appropriate tests.

it could be nerves or stress...or your muscles are tired...sometimes if im hungry or thirsty mine shake too, its just your muscles telling you that your body needs something, you could need to sstay off your fett for a little while or you may just need a meal and rahydrate yourself.
