I started at 31. At 1st it chafed my nipples, but I got used to it.

lol!! Great question.. I wonder the same thing.. Is it also a written rule for them to wear white socks up to their knees with black velcro shoes?
Think about this though, if you're a young female and your're out clothes shopping, how easy is it to find a pair of jeans that don't show the tops of your pubes, and that doesn't show the crack of your butt?? Seriously!?
I'm wondering if it's the same for older men, if the types of clothing that they have to choose from, just seem to fit this way (i.e. up to their nipples)? I know this doesn't say anything about the knee high socks, but it's gotta say something about the pants. :)
