i will be honest.....everything in my flat...apart from my bed and new shower system is second hand, and i mean EVERYTHING, if i can get something cheaper and as good as then i will go for second hand, but i think i need a new tumble dryer coz the door fell off my old one and it's not working any more, maybe i should invest in a new one soon because it's getting colder out there and my washing will not dry outside on the line any more

Years ago, when I got my 1st brand new washing machine, I sat on a stool in the kitchen, and watched the washing going round and round, in that machine for the 1st time...........
sad but true

I am so excited for you.
I remember waiting for my new computer. I paced the room continually untill it came and then I could not assemble it on my own, had to wait for the neighbour to come home from work, lol.

yeah we buy lots of things that are used! But the first thing I ever got new was my washer and dryer and I love them so congrats! and I think that for major appliances it's actually cheaper in the long run to go ahead and buy them new because they are more dependable and usually more energy efficient

Awww, fab hunny! When its installed you will keep going into the kitchen jst to have a look at it, and clean it, until the novelty wears off. I was just like that when I started my own home.
