I'd have to take cuddles and kisses over sex. I only have sex with one person, but I get cuddles and kisses from lots more!

Are you in love with a roommate, because that is what it appears to be? Women are tricky. We get busy, we're hard to get in the mood, we're hormonal and when you put two of them together, it's hit and miss. Sex is a gift in long term lesbian relationships, I think. Intimacy, that's another thing. There is no reason for no hugs, no kisses, no cuddles. How do you maintain a connection outside of being just friends without that? So my answer is.....I can live without the sex as long as there is some form of intimacy. Without that, you might as well label yourselves friends and find someone else to cuddle with.

I fear it would be to go without sex - that sounds horrid! But cuddles & kisses are a must & hey there is always the DIY option if sex is off the menu!!!!
