Once you have sex, you are no longer a virgin. Are you asking how does a MAN know if a woman is or is not a virgin once they have sex......they can't. Some may claim they can tell if there is bleeding afterwards or they feel that they "break through a barrier (the hymen)", but that is not a sign, as physical activity (such as sports), hard physical labor and tampon use can all cause a woman to have less left to the hymen, or none at all.
