Is a vote for a minority party really a wasted one? Can one actually influence anything that happens in Parliament?

Yes, I am bothered, because it would be beneficial for all voters to have a credible viable thrid option to vote for.

It helps increase choice and just creates a bit more pressure on the main parties.

If they can find a decent voice, the LIb Dems have at times suggested that they may make a sizeable impact upon British Politics, and subsequently British Life.

Let's hope they find someone decent!

It could matter. Much of the support that has ebbed from the Liberals seems to have gone to the Conservatives; if the Libs get a decent leader then the Con vote may weaken & that would be good news for Labour.

Ming is a good man and a clever politician.
It would be better for Britain if the Liberal Party held more sway.
They are less orientated to big business and offfer viable alternatives to the two other, near-identical parties.

I suspect that even Ming isn't bothered about leaving such a load of back stabbing gutless wanna bees.. Who in their right mind would want to be leader of that lot?. The liberals are next best thing to being irrelevant!.
