They just like to talk to get people going to the Dolphins and Giants game over there.

The NFL would never be stupid enough to put the Super Bowl in Europe. With the time difference it would be at some weird hour there or here and people would be mad they couldn't watch it.

The Super Bowl/NFL is a totally American event. I cannot believe they are even considering having it in Europe. Totally ridiculous.

The money made at the host city here in the US is crucial and drives up the economy of that city. Therefore, the NFL should not be holding it in another country. We have to take care of the people (fans and folks around the country) that support the NFL through the years and have built it to the stature it is today.

Nothing against the folks in England, but the Super Bowl needs to always be held in the USA.

It's not really about what you want. The NFL will do whatever will make it the most money. If holding the Super Bowl in London or on the moon means more profits, the NFL will do it. And this is how it should be. A little American idea known as a free market.

Relax, it's never going to happen. Goodell is only saying it to keep the British media - who love speculation every bit as much as their American counterparts, if not more - talking about the NFL in the run up to the Fins-Giants game. That's all.

very stupid idea......London has it own football league. I thought the Comish. was smarter than that. The Superbowl is damn near a holiday here. Y would we want our holiday celebrated in another country? Roger Goodell, u are on the hot seat!

They're trying to market the NFL more broadly...even though they already have with NFL Europe...kind of silly really...

They are trying to make it international and $$$, but I don't see it panning it out because they don't really follow our sport. They'll go just because it's something new and exciting, but I don't see making it as the new thing.
