As far as I'm aware, no.
They may carry DNA or other contamination from the previous body, which could show up if there is an investigation into the death.

No, body bags or not made for reuse in the real world. I war time or situations where it might be necessary to reuse them they might, but in the event of a natural catostrophy they are used and then discarded.

I imagine they could if there was a shortage, although usually a body bag is used to the point of termination. In other words, the body is in the bag until the body is sealed up. Then it's probably discarded. The material is fairly cheap and you definintely want to avoid the kind of diseases that rotting corpses can bring.

Yes....at least the ones I have used were reused later..but not in a Military sense, an emergency services one.

Most body bags are plastic.
And if the body is cremated, it is usually burned along with the body.
I have a friend in the mortuary and someone had ask this very same question.
