I know it`s wrong but when you are sticking to the limit for safety reasons and everyone else is when one miscreant thinks they ought to pass every other car do you get mad? Road works ahead one lane only available you wait in line the miscreant passes everyone then expects to be allowed back in the line.

no, for a few reasons
1. it's illegal
2. it's dangerous
3. might provoke the idiot into an act of road rage
4. if he is that dumb, i want to be as far away from him as possible. let him go.

No i actually slow down because people usually overtake on a road near me where quite a few people have been killed overtaking
Yet they still do it ,so i slow right down
