We don't have festivals, but sometimes have charity stands at fetes where people can pay to throw overripe tomatoes at whoever has volunteered to be a target.

Not tomato in the philippines we throwing water, we called that san juan festival....

Sounds good to me. Things are kind of boring here.
Stabbings, murder, gangs, drug deals next to where we
live, someone murdered back of the arena next to us.

I doubt my city would match Bunol, Spain's "Tomatina" to many superficial people not wanting to get their clothes dirty, so no.
