qna1 is right, but i have something to add to that: * A hacker is a person intensely interested in the arcane and recondite workings of any computer operating system. Hackers are most often programmers. As such, hackers obtain advanced knowledge of operating systems and programming languages. They might discover holes within systems and the reasons for such holes. Hackers constantly seek further knowledge, freely share what they have discovered, and never intentionally damage data. * A cracker is one who breaks into or otherwise violates the system integrity of remote machines with malicious intent. Having gained unauthorized access, crackers destroy vital data, deny legitimate users service, or cause problems for their targets. Crackers can easily be identified because their actions are malicious. Crackers give us hackers a bad name, and pisses us off to no end. Crackers are the ones that get sent to jail, not hackers.

Not all hackers are bad in the way that all the posts put them to be.....Many hackers merely specialize in security systems, server security, security programming and much much more. Look up jobs in these fields.
You can even work for big security companies like symantec, but pretty much every big company out there needs security. I think you're just using the wrong term (hacker) here.
It takes a hacker (the people who write antivirus/firewall software/hardware) to stop a hacker. Except you don't really refer to the 'good' guys as hackers. There're a lot of college lvl courses that teach security and hacking.

Learn C and C++ languages first and make some program by that u can stole information, softwares or anything from other's system.
Then u have to know a wide knowledge of networking as well as Internet.
But All this things give u a easy chance to communicate with us from jail next time...LOL.

19 years!!!! you must be kidding me!!!!!.Son the so called 'hacking' is well beyond your reach. An individual really, and I mean really, has to have an expert level of professionalism & knowledge of various modules related to networking, domains, security.... so on..
So, do something that could give you a professional edge in computing..........
