Nothing is perfect.. so the built house is also...
So it is called BUILDING.. when you cant say the last time of its completeness.
You always keep on altering even after 10 years.. still it is building.,...............

The word "building" is both a verb and a noun. Taken out of context it seems a clumsy usage. But read in context there is no confusion as to meaning. It is not a unique example of the duality of meaning in english. We have no difficulty with the word "fine". 3 meanings. Those who advocate the simplification of english to make it easier for foreigners to learn miss the point. English has evolved for the benefit of english speakers by english speakers. If a usage was not easily understood then it would disappear.

Good question.how you got this doubt.well,built is verb whereas building is noun.we cant use verbs to point a thing.so people use nouns . keep thinking and asking such interesting questions.
