No, since Israel doesn't make threats to wipe out other countries like Iran does...and since Israel has been attacked numerous times by the mentioned Arab countries and not once, has Israel responded with a nuclear strike, Arab nations are in no position to tell Israel to disarm.

I don't remember the Jews screaming for any ones blood, I cannot remember them wanting them to "eradicate" anyone. Only to live in peace and to be left alone, something that has been denied them since 1947.
Can you give me an instance where the Jews have set upon the world destruction in the form of suicidal bombings in the free countries, shooting rockets into other countries with no regard to where they hit. Can you give me one instance where some of these Arab countries that want the "bomb" so bad, have to mature capabilities of handling it? I would be deathly afraid of any of them having the "bomb" after seeing their past performances.
I am not a great backer of the Israel government but I admire their performance throughout the last many years in withholding their peace and, keeping their dignity, while suffering humiliation from most of these countries.
