While you were in your subdivision & you were driving less than 7 mph.?
So what would you do?

How about driving your car as close to them as possible without hitting them, but just enough to make them think twice about doing this again. I know that they are playing "chicken" with the neighborhood. And I know that thry are daring each other to do these stuoid things.
I think they need to know that their terroristic antics will not be tolerated. You never know who's behind the wheel.
They do this to get attention and to stop traffic.
By the way, the police were called.
I haven't heard anything from them, yet.

Stop and drag them by their ankles to the sidewalk or up the stairs to their apartment. It beats running them down and killing them.

I would get out of my car and would take them to their parents house and would tell their parents that their child is suicidal and the next time they do this, I would call the police and have them taken away in a straight jacket.
Kids like rules and consequences.

Call the police, and have the child picked up and hopefully committed. He or she needs some mental help. And if this isn't a sign what do they need to wave to get attention?

ho my god i would be so mad that I will yelled at him/her and tell him/her what a lost u don't need to show anyone how dum u are.then I will call the police and if posible get chiel servise involved.
