I'll probably go to bed in about half an hour (3:30 am) and wake up around 11:30 am or noon.

I do not know the answer to the first part of this question. I am going swimming tonight and will get home around 10:30. It depends on how long my body can stay awake after that.
Getting up. Wednesdays I do not have a getting up time. 7:30ish when I am fedup with laying in bed any longer.

9:30 to bed, get up as late as my son will let me... probably 7am.
I'm pregnant though, so will probably only sleep for few hours -not as many as it looks like
