Actually, if you have seen "Enemy of the State", probably the eyes that see you are people from the NSA.
Of course, this came way before the Patriot Act allowed a lot more surveillance on citizens. Thank God that some provisions of the Patriot Act were taken away.
Often, in high-crime areas, the police departments had installed anti-crime cameras on key places in some cities where the most crime happens. So it is best to stay away from drug dealers and johns because you heard of "sting operations", where undercover cops pose as bad guys, then the average citizen steps into the fray, and just like that---the citizen often gets busted. Don't be like that senator who got busted in a sex sting in an airport bathroom.
At most train stations in Chicago, they had installed security cameras in light of the Madrid train bombing of 2003.

sometimes..if i have an open mind...not filled with problems solutions..arrangements ....even if I'm in conversation with friends...but sometimes i like to sit in a cafe
in town just enjoying the beautiful women walking around...some smiling to me...but i never try to have conversation .with strangers....only..that happened only few times...if peoples ask me to sit beside me....and mostly...
have just small talks...but ..to my mind its OK.
To my mind..a man who says he is resistant to the beauty of a women
is a great lie..don t like these double-moralists.
Women also look at men....just in a more hidden way.-traditional women education..but they enjoy it although...its OK like this. but if a women initiates a contact..to my opinion-
