Theres a few b!tches (A 19 year old and a 17 year old who are sisters) and their friends, have been picking on me since I started high school, and a bit while we were in the same primary school. i'm 13, and on about 7 different occasions they have chased me, thrown rocks at me, spat on me, and bashed me up- not to mention the names they call me.
i moved schools (not because of them though) and i don't go down the street anymore, ive taken to hanging out in a different suburb so i dont run into them.
i hadnt seen them in months but
today, i was with a friend and they were at mcdonalds, and i walked in and they started yelling and spitting and swearing.
i ignored it, went in and ordered, and they came in behind us, and started making fun of our clothes, one of them tried to put her hang in my bag, but we left, &then we were @the bus stop and they drove past and spat on us and tipped what was either urine or water on us as they went past
Do i report them?is this enough 2 get an AVO?

Whatever you do - you HAVE to do something.
These losers don`t stop unless you get outside help.

It might be best to contact the school first, and ask if they can help. If they cannot, or do not want to (which is sadly more likely) you may need to file a report.

Rocks thrown? Attempt to cause bodily harm.
Threats are also an offense.
The trying to put a hand in your bag is attempted pickpocketing.

I`d say you have grounds to file a complaint, or even multiple complaints about harassment and threats.

One thing - observe - see if you can determine what exactly triggers their behaviour. If you know that, and you have filed a complaint, you can ask a teacher or police officer to go before you to a place - and observe what happens.

You could tell the polices and tell them that these particular girls have been harassing you for sometime and get a restraining order against them, that way they can never bother you again. But to be on the safe side i would take some self defense classes just to protect myself if the situation happens again.
