I read through them. And if I feel that my answer is the best , yes, I vote for mine. Sometimes there are 2 or 3 they are very similar & I can't tell, especially when it comes to grammar & punctuation.
Very seldom do I vote on no best answer,
but every then & now there are
some answers that never
even touch near the reality of the question.

I do not vote on answers. Most of the questions I see could easily have been answered with a simple web search using any convenient search engine and I wonder why these people do NOT do a search and ask here. There are a huge number of trolls out there, people asking a question designed to provoke an emotional response rather than a legitimate answer. Look at all the questions which start out with something like "If you are black" or "if you are white" and then asks a racial based question having to do with ethnicity. On the few questions I place a vote, I read ALL of the answers and choose the one I think best answers the question asked. Simply asking this question causes me to wonder if you are one of the many trolls...

Majority of the time I read through and just pick the best. But some other times if I have trouble I pick who got the highest thumbs up.

I always read all the questions & pick the best one. Wouldn't it be terrible to vote randomly and pick some troll trash as best answer?!

it depends if I'm satisfied with the firs anwer or not. If it's like a simple question and the first answer is correct, then I usually pick it. But if it's an explanation, then I usually read on and choose the best one.

for most questions I give them a little read...sometimes if there good answers i read through them well...if its a boring question with boring answers i pick one randomly but that's only if its not my question.

i skim through them. but if theres two that are hard to choose i read through them thoroughly. i didnt know u could vote for yourself.

i read through them, but usually none of them stick out too much and im diappointed.
