At the moment the only thing the Mcanns could be charged with is child neglect and there is no doubt they are 100% guilty of that but they have not had any charges at all brought against them for ANY crime so IF dosn't come into it at the moment. You said in your question IF the Mcanns are found guilty but you didn't say what they have been charged with.

No because you would have to do that to everyone that's been guilty of leaving their children alone and perhaps had a hand in their death. They should get a fair trial, you cannot make an example of just one couple that's called a witch hunt. I don't believe they had anything to do with her death but they have been branded guilty already by many people, and will never be free of this fact.

If they were found guilty to right. Neglect, murder and I don't know what you would call the charge for leading the whole world a merry dance but they would get that too!

It would be interesting to see everybodys views, when this first happened, i mean on the 1st day.
And how and why their views had changed, i wonder how many go with the majority.
Another day
Another McCann question

Yes..Firstly lets say 5 years for Manslaughter, but another 5 for Fraud, and another 5 just for being such a pair of annoying pri**ks.
But I am really sorry the old days of the village stocks are gone.
Ideally I'd like them both locked up in the stocks on Rothley vilage green so everyone can drive by and hurl abuse at the.
Personally I'd drop Gerry's trousers and have a bare bottom **** whipping with a wet towel..
Public humiliation..thats what I crave, what I need.

Yes I would, and quite honestly, if the McCanns had any humility and contrition they would promote what they did as the very worst example or "Responsible parenting" one should never ever emulate.
It is because they refuse to accept they were in any way neglectful, in fact, they go out if their way to justify leaving three kids alone, that they are reviled.
Hopefully if they cannot do this voluntarily the courts will do it for them.

There is no trial. There is no evidence that they are guilty. All you read is pure conjecture and no hard evidence. Get a life- and leave them alone. You are a sad person if you have to dwell on other people's lives and misfortunes.

No. Just given a fair trial and the sentence will be whatever the law states if they were found guilty.

after considering what a excellent wage i'm earning, i would probably order that they are to be skinned alive and then dipped into a big bag of salt and vinegar crisps untill completely covered in salt and crisp bits. then into the oven at 230 degrees untill cooked to a nice golden brown but still alive. Then fed to hanibal lecter to be eaten from the feet upwards.
I would make a great judge. Any jobs going?
