Ummm, they are just starting to recover from the bashing they took. International measures taken after 9/11 based on the policies of President Bush confined them to independent cells but with the current political turmoil in the USA that has watered down many of those policies, they are making a comeback. I'd like to see Clinton held accountable for doing nothing about bin Laden.
