Operation time of sugar plant using sugarcane in a year.?

dear all.
I want to know about operation time of an sugar plant that use sugarcane as feed stock during a year. Or operation time of ethanol plant using sugarcane as feed stock. How many time per year, this plant can operate. I heart that this kind of plant can operate just 180~250days/year. Can you explain to me.

normaly such plants are seasonal
