Since when did I have to be in bed by a certain time? I'm an adult.

My youngest child got married last year and I haven't been able to adjust to my "empty nest". I am lonely. So, I sleep in the day and stay up at night while my husband sleeps because that feel better to me. However, it is messing up my ability to function well on the weekends when my hubby is around. Just between you and me, I really miss my daughter. She's happily married and doesn't even call me very often. She was just barely 19 when she married. I had expected to Mom her for another year. Oh well. I just miss her. Good question. Maybe I need to put out a question on how to fix my sleep pattern. hmmm.

Some days the mind gets extra active at odd hours. Tonight is such a night. I still can have 6 hrs of sleep till 7.42 a.m.
I answered some of Lucky3's Questions (Philosophy) that drove my sleep out of the windows.
When I was a student, I used to drive away my sleep by doing a few problems in maths. Even now, it works.
Reading sends you to sleep; Writing, keeps you awake; serious thinking, makes your mind extra-alert!
There are ways to Conquer Sleep.
But sleep after intense, steamy love-making has no equal!

I'm a night owl and consider 1:33 AM to be early, sort of. I usually can't fall asleep until around 2:30 or 3 AM anyway.

*Looks at time on the computer* 11:30 PM Pacific. I am not in bed because I have a lot of things in my mind. Actually everyday. Good night and sleep well, Katiana.

I'm not in bed because it is daytime here and it's currently 15:30 (+8 GMT).
Although the gloomy weather is making me a little sleepy...

It's 2:40 am and I spent all day in bed sick. Now that I'm feeling kinda better, I'm bored. Probably take tomorrow off.

I don't know. For some odd reason I'm not tired yet. I should have been in bed an hour ago.
