This is a toughie since your question was posted in Entertainment and Music...

On the internet FFA is usually an abbreviation for "Free For All". and refers to content that you don't have to pay for.

If you happen to be in Germany, it could be the "Filmförderungsanstalt", the German Federal Film Board which is known as the FFA, that handles all aspects of German film.

Other non-entertainment FFA's:

If you're in the Pacific it might be "Forum Fisheries Agency", an organization set up to provide expert fisheries management and development advice and services to 16 member countries, based in Honiara, Solomon Islands.

In the USA, The FFA (Future Farmers of America) is an educational/agricultural entity that makes the following mission statement: "The mission of the FFA Association is to make a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth, and career success through agricultural education."

There is also an association for French-speaking business associations located in Belgium called the FFA.

I guess it depends on where you are =)
Good Luck!

Where I live, it's thru the local agricultural district (4H). And it stands for Future Farmers of America. All the local high schools have a chapter. And it awards schloraships every year. Outstanding students win a scholarship to Cornell university ( And that don't come cheap!. It's one of the most respected universities in the US).
