how can i get my friend to stop it?

Yes, myself and a few other people I know..I do it because I don't feel good enough, and I try to end things with people before they hurt me. I don't think you can stop your friend from doing it, it's something they have to overcome from within.

Yeah, I used to cut myself all the time. I don't really do it that much anymore unless something really bad happens.
